Real Life + School



So quite a bit has happened over the past year! I finished two awesome internships at zoos and I am currently a graduate student in New York, studying Animal Behavior and Conservation. It has definitely taken a little time to get used to living in such a large city, but classes have been really interesting and I'm really excited to be returning at the end of the month. So in case you guys might have wondered where I was, there ya go! :aww: Sorry again for not being active!!

I haven't taken too many pictures recently (on account of being way to busy) but I still have a ton of photos I need to upload from the past few years. Hopefully I can be a little more active (I know I always say that... :/).

I just got back from a trip to Colorado (for the first time)! My final list of wild mammals that I saw: a Black Bear, a Badger, Pronghorn, Deer, Elk, Moose, Coyote, Hares/Rabbits, and Tons of Prairie Dogs. I have photos of the majority of these, so look for those coming up soon! :dummy:

:pointr: So, it's done: I've finally graduated from undergrad! :boogie: Now what? Haha! It is a really strange feeling to be done with school after spending my whole life in school. Well, other than the fact that I'm hoping to move on to graduate school next year or so. :giggle:


:pointr: Since it's the summer, I hopefully should be on dA more... sorry if that sounds familiar. I do have a large number of photographs I need to submit, I just have to get around to doing that. >.< Sorry for all the late responses and lack of new deviations!!
